After a very long flight I landed in Hong Kong, had a major foot reflexology session and Chinese Massage in the evening and got ready for 38 hours of classes in 6 days! I know her city was a bit much for me after such a long journey. However, I did have a fabulous time n the workshops and master classes which were all sold out! The ladies were wonderful and we all had a great time!

Then, I was off on my short trip to Singapore, half a day off to shop and another 13 hours of workshops before hopping in a cab with my sponsor, her husband and her assistant to catch our flight to Bali. Although this schedule did not leave much time to enjoy to sights of Singapore, I will be stopping over again en route to Korea and Japan, so have planned some tourist activities then.

We landed in Bali ion Sunday evening and I was happy to know that most of my ladies had already arrived; were both settled in and very well cared for by the wonderful Risata staff, with the rest of the group arriving later that evening.

The next 12 days were intense, wonderful, inspiring, fun and a full of exploring, learning and adjusting to my approach to dance and teacher training. Although the training was all very full of so much information, the fact that it was in Bali, with no other duties, commitments, schedules, or traveling to and from class allowed everyone to fully benefit from the material. I was so happy to have the most wonderful and lovely group of ladies and a couple of their partners along with me this year and promptly set out to break my previous record for massage and spa treatments between and after classes. We ended our retreat with a lovely seafood meal on the beach right next to our resort and then had an extra good bye night at a fabulous Moroccan restaurant with delicious food, which will definitely be included in our plans for Bali 2008.

I arranged to take 5 days off before continuing onto to my workshops in Seoul and Pusan Korea, then Tokyo and Osaka, then finally back home on May 6th! Nusa Dua was devoted to doing as little as possible, swimming in the ocean, swimming in the pool, roasting and reading in the sun, strolling on the beach and MORE massages. I ended my Magical Bali Retreat with a 4 person, 8 hands massage, just before sunset, on the beach, listening to the gentle waves and the soft non-stop chatter of my ladies.
